نظرا لكثرة استخدام الشات والمحادثات الكتابية وما يواجه بعضنا من صعوبات في الاختصارات الشائعة والمعتبرة عالميا قررت ان اقدم هذه الدورة لعلها تحل بعض من تلك الصعوبات.

مع العلم ان بعض الشركات تقدم مثل هذا النوع من الاختصارات لموظفيها.
